It was a nice day to wash the car so I made it all nice and shiny. Washing the car at 26 weeks pregnant is not that hard.
Andrew completed his first sprint distance triathlon this weekend at White Lake. The weather was perfect, although the water was a little chilly (<60), but he did really well. He swam 750 m, biked 14 miles, and ran a 5 km all in 1:19. He entered in the novice division (first 3 triathlons you are novice) and got 1st place. He is planning to do an Olympic distance (2x sprint distance) on May 4, also at White Lake, and will enter in the tougher age-group category since he is no longer a novice after winning the division by 10 min!
